Micah 6:8
He has told you, human one, what is good and
what the Lord requires from you: to do justice, embrace faithful love, and walk humbly with your God.
Isaiah 1:17
Learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.
Zechariah 7:9-10
The Lord of heavenly forces proclaims: Make just and faithful decisions; show kindness and compassion to each other! 10 Don’t oppress the widow, the orphan, the stranger, and the poor; don’t plan evil against each other!
Proverb 31:8-9
Speak out on behalf of the voiceless, and for the rights of all who are vulnerable. Speak out in order to judge with righteousness and to defend the needy and the poor.
