Permission Forms
Sunday School:
During Sunday School we offer two classes including nursery care. 1st through 5th will meet upstairs and our Preschool (ages 3) to Kindergartners will meet in the nursery. Each year we need a new Sunday School form filled out.
Nursery Care:
Nursery care is available during Sunday School and Worship for infants through 5 years old. Look at our nursery. Each year we need a new Permission Form filled out for our nursery children as well.
Here is the new 2023-2024 form: You can fill it out online and then print and sign, or email and I will print. Please have you turned in by: October 31st.
